Want to improve your writing skills? Sign up for a fun, hands-on class with Chris at North Seattle Community College or Shoreline Community College (see schedule below). Or catch Chris at a local writer's conference.

You can also arrange for Chris to speak to your group, lead a customized writing seminar at your workplace, or meet with you for one-on-one writing coaching.

Write Night: A Gathering of Puget Sound Fiction & Nonfiction Writers NEW

Join Chris and fiction instructor Leslie Adkins for Write Night, a weekly facilitated writer's support/critique class. Enjoy mini workshops, creative writing exercises, and a chance to share your writing with people who understand you. Get regular feedback and create a support system for your writing life.  Write Night can become your built-in deadline and will help you write more, high-quality manuscripts.      

Write Night meets Thursdays, 6:30-9 p.m., at the Richmond Masonic Hall 185th St. & Linden Ave. N. (just a block west of Hwy 99) in Shoreline.

Winter 1 Session: Jan. 19-Feb. 23

    Good writing doesn't have to be hard--not if you know the secrets! Whatever you write--business letters, reports, articles, newsletters, journals, even e-mail to friends--you'll benefit from being able to express yourself clearly and directly--without the headaches.     Employers want good writing skills! Learn to write clear, effective, powerful business documents, e-mails, and letters quickly and easily. You’ll learn to clarify your message, communicate complex information, edit and proofread your writing, and use proper grammar and punctuation—skills that will help you find a job or enhance your career.
